• Unauthorized or improper conduct or abuse of authority in connection with works
• Unethical acts such as embezzlement, extortion, viscosity, bribery, theft, acceptance of money and entertainment, other criminal charges, and sexual harassment in the workplace
• Risks and vulnerabilities in the control system
• Issues that may cause social controversy or damage the company’s reputation
• Abuse of power in the workplace: Using superiority such as status or relationship in the workplace to cause physical and mental pain or worsen the working environment
• Other matters necessary for prevention and internal control​

Whistleblower Protection

• Confidentiality will be ensured.
• No personnel disadvantages and discrimination in working conditions.
• Reduction or exemption may be allowed for disciplinary compensation.
• Cooperators who cooperate with the whistleblower by providing statements and/or testimony will also be protected.
