Ethics Management
Business ethics refers to the standards of behavior that all personnel should observe within the organization, and the standards for operating a company properly and fairly based on the entrepreneurial spirit of innovation. NH REITs considers “business ethics” as the top priority in management and corporate activities, and always does its best to ensure transparency and fairness in business.
Whistleblowing
NH REITs has a whistleblowing system for employees to report any criminal activity, such as theft or unethical or unjust behavior in the workplace.
Whistleblowing factor
- Unauthorized or improper conduct or abuse of authority in connection with works
- Unethical acts such as embezzlement, extortion, viscosity, bribery, theft, acceptance of money and entertainment, other criminal charges, and sexual harassment in the workplace
- Risks and vulnerabilities in the control system
- Issues that may cause social controversy or damage the company’s reputation
- Abuse of power in the workplace: Using superiority such as status or relationship in the workplace to cause physical and mental pain or worsen the working environment
- Other matters necessary for prevention and internal control
Whistleblower Protection
- Confidentiality will be ensured.
- No personnel disadvantages and discrimination in working conditions.
- Reduction or exemption may be allowed for disciplinary compensation.
- Cooperators who cooperate with the whistleblower by providing statements and/or testimony will also be protected.
