NH Nonghyup REITs Management (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has the following handling policies to protect customers' personal information, protect customers' rights and interests, and handle customers' grievances related to personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1.Purpose of processing personal information

All personal information processed by the company is collected and held with the consent of the relevant laws and information subject, and is processed for business purposes of the company.

The company processes and retains customer information within the period when the prescription or responsibility persists or its value as a proof material persists in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

The company shall provide personal information to a third party only in cases specially prescribed by relevant laws, such as the consent of the information subject or Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 4.Matters concerning entrustment of processing of personal information

We entrust the trustee with the minimum processing of personal information accompanying the entrustment of work to the extent permitted by related laws.

Article 5.Matters concerning the rights and obligations of the information subject and the method of exercising the rights and obligations thereof

  • 1)Customers who are the subject of personal information may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against the company at any time.

  • 4.Request for suspension of processing
  • 2)The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be made in writing, by phone, e-mail, or by facsimile (FAX) to the company.
  • 3)If the data subject exercises the rights prescribed in paragraph (1), the personal information shall not be used or provided until the relevant measures are completed.
  • 4)The exercise of rights under paragraph 2 may also be conducted through the legal representative of the information subject. In such cases, a power of attorney under attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act shall be submitted.
  • 5)The data subject shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of the data subject himself/herself or another person handled by the company in violation of related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 6.items of personal information to be processed

  • 1)The company handles customer name, unique identification number, address information, contact information, email address, etc. for business purposes such as inquiries, suggestions, complaints, reports, and employment.
  • 2)The company can collect items such as IP addresses, cookies, MAC addresses, service usage records, visit records, and defective usage records automatically generated during the website use process.

Article 7.Matters concerning the destruction of personal information

  • 1)The company's personal information is stored or destroyed for a certain period of time according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations, and personal information such as documents is crushed or incinerated.
  • 2)The company selects personal information that has caused the reason for destruction and destroys personal information with the approval of the person in charge of personal information protection.

Article 8.Matters concerning changes to the personal information processing policy, etc.

When the company changes its personal information processing policy, it will continue to disclose the changes, the timing of implementation, and the changes.

Article 9.Matters concerning measures to ensure the stability of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act

To ensure the safety of personal information, the company strictly manages and controls electronically processed personal information through technical and physical measures such as firewall installation, authority control, and encryption.

The company operates a personal information protection manager as follows in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to ensure damage relief and rights related to personal information.

This privacy policy is applied from 2023.03.24
