Article 1.Purpose of Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this Terms of Use is to specifically stipulate all matters concerning the use of services provided by the company to users of the website operated by NH Nonghyup REITs Management (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2.Definition of Terms

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follow.

1.The term "home page" means a virtual business place where a business operator is set to trade goods or services using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services to users.
2.The term "user" means a user who accesses the website and receives services provided by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Article 3.Effect of Terms and Conditions and Changes

2)The Company may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice in the event of an important reason for circumstances, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect by announcing or notifying them in the same manner as in paragraph 1.

Article 5.Company Obligations

3)The company shall be responsible for compensating the user for damages caused by unfair labeling and advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Fair Labeling and Advertising Act on Products or Services.

Article 6.Obligation of Users

1)Users shall comply with the matters notified by the company, such as the relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these terms and conditions, guidance on use, and precautions, and shall not engage in any other acts that interfere with the company's business.
2)Users shall not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the use of the website.

1.Acts for the purpose of criminal acts or related to other criminal acts
2.Good customs and other acts that harm social order
3.Damaging or insulting the reputation of others
4.Change of information posted on the homepage
5.Hacking or spreading computer viruses
6.Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of homepages and other third parties
7.Any act that interferes with or is likely to interfere with the stable operation of the website
8.Other acts that violate related laws and regulations

Article 7.Restriction on the attribution and use of copyright

1)Copyright and other intellectual property rights in relation to the work created by the company belong to the company.

Article 8.Deletion of posts or contents

Article 9.Interruption of the website

In principle, the use of the website shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a year, unless there is any special problem with the company's work or technology. The company may stop providing the homepage in any of the following cases.

1.If it is unavoidable to maintain the system maintenance
2.Where a key telecommunication business operator prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
3.In the event of other reasons why the company cannot provide the service

Article 10.Exemption Clause and Compensation for Damages

1)If the company cannot provide the service due to natural disasters or other equivalent force majeure, it shall be exempted from responsibility for the suspension of the service.
2)The company is exempt from responsibility for the service use disorder caused by reasons attributable to users.
3)The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the user in connection with the service provided free of charge, except in cases where the damage is caused by the Company's gross negligence.

Article 11.Jurisdictional Court

1)A lawsuit concerning an electronic transaction dispute between the website and the user is filed with the court that has jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters under the Civil Procedure Act.
2)Korean law applies to electronic transaction lawsuits filed between the website and the user.
